Online Auction

Online Auction means that instead of conducting the chit group auction at the company every month, the auction is conducted online through a chat platform. Group members can participate and communicate through the online chat. The chit auction will be allocated to the member who offers the highest auction amount.

Payment Reminder

Payment Reminder: After the chit fund company completes the group auction, each customer will receive a reminder via SMS or WhatsApp informing them of the amount they need to pay for that month. This payment reminder will be sent automatically to the customer.

Accounts (Voucher Entry)

Voucher Entry: Voucher Entry is mainly used to record all expense-related transactions. Daily office expenses and other cash transactions can be recorded here. Receipt entries and contra entries can also be maintained.

Finally, the Day Book provides a clear view of the bank balance and the available cash balance. Voucher Entry is primarily used for maintaining and managing all expense-related entries.

Bulk SMS Integrations

SMS Integration: SMS messages will be automatically sent to customers. The different types of SMS include Arrears SMS, Payment SMS, Auction SMS, and Customer Wishes SMS. These messages will be automatically sent to the respective customers based on the scheduled date.

Agent Commission

Agent Commission: Agent Commission refers to the commission given to agents who introduce new group members to the company. The commission amount will be calculated based on the value of the group.

The commission will become eligible for the agent after the customer introduced by the agent completes three due payments.

Terminal Machine Integrations

Terminal Machine Collection: Agents will be provided with an area-wise arrears list. They can visit the respective areas and collect cash from each customer based on the arrears list at the customer’s location. The cash collected area-wise will be automatically updated on the server.

Employee Management

Employee Management: Complete employee profiles will be maintained in the system. Monthly salaries will be calculated based on each employee’s basic salary and the number of days of leave taken.

Employee photos, attendance, salary, and all related employee records will be maintained in the accounting system.

The bill can be sent to the customer via SMS, email, or WhatsApp. Customers can also download or receive the bill as a PDF file. Additionally, the bill can be shared through a Bluetooth device.
